Okay so I have come to the conclusion that you can enjoy the Savannah Bananas but it’s important to not think of it as baseball. It’s just a show to be enjoyed. Kind of like how stripping isn’t about dancing. It’s baseball adjacent enjoy it for what it is, just keep it out of real baseball.

@batcluberik @GoodFundies I would absolutely convert him into a starter. They last longer than closers who are always max max effort and way too many games.

I typically crush the NCAA but I’m done with this 6th year Van Wilder nonsense. It’s ok to graduate and go get a job.
Ronald Ussery Jr, Esq.@ronaldusseryjr

@RossDellenger The Ninth Circuit win matters, but the bigger story may be what it signals. Moving to an age-based eligibility model looks like the NCAA trying to litigation-proof a framework that courts keep picking apart on a case by case basis.

Did you guys know that if you hit every ball over 115 mph you would hit over .600? Why hasn’t MLB caught onto this? Seems easy enough.

@NorCalU1 @JMikeMLB @MLB It dos because it makes everyone feel like an expert when they actually only know about 10% of what goes into it and the meaning.

Why are we constantly posting MPHs? Do you get extra points if you have a higher EV? We all want to hit it hard but the goal should be to get on base however we hit the ball. The constant need to chase EV is ruining hitters! It’s over swinging! @MLB

James Wood's 1st inning single was hit 116.0 MPH, the hardest hit ball of the season by Wood. Where it ranks in MLB this season: Ketel Marte - 116.9 (Out) Junior Caminero - 116.9 (Single) Giancarlo Stanton - 116.3 (Single) Jac Caglianone - 116.1 (Single) James Wood - 116.0 (Single)

So…my son’s 9U little league team pitcher is in his second inning. All of a sudden, his mom tells the coach to pull him because of his pitch count. Is this extreme? It seems so, especially at this age…but I’m genuinely curious what you all think.

"Rule No. 1 as a catcher is that guys don't get any swings on your pitcher, and he got a lot of swings." @AJPierzynski12 and @ErikKratz31 question where Jonah Heim was while Jorge Soler was charging at Reynaldo López.

@Memo_B_Random There is someone out there with a spreadsheet saying “All he had to do was hit it in the air and it’s gone. “
