If ICE is so untrained and out of control, how come Minneapolis is the only city in which we are seeing these tragedies? Maybe it’s because the leadership of Minnesota is encouraging miscreants to break the law, terrorize the city, and impede law-enforcement.

It's time for Congress to step in and hold the executive branch in check (Checks & Balances as we learned about in Government class) regarding ICE by constraining their tactics and ensuring proper attention is given to the enforcement of the first amendments of the Constitution.
