Slot's message to the fans: "We don’t want them to leave early. We have to perform better. We have to show now that we react after a loss like this. After all the disappointments we've had this season the fans have always been supportive and they were even today.
"They were very loud in the first half. It is up to us to react for them and for ourselves. We need to play like we did for the first 35 minutes but in moments of defending we need to be much more ruthless."

@ptgorst Where does that confidence come from?Time for a change. Enough!!

Liverpool might feel confident of another Anfield turnaround this next but this is an ordinary side going nowhere this season. The title of 'Champions League quarter-finalists' will flatter them.

@SkySportsGolf 🤦 Just the 4 years of consistency to show but whatever right.

@Footballtweet Jodarn Henderson owes his career to him, thats all I know.

@LewisSteele_ We have failed to beat Burnely, Sunderland & Leeds at home. Come on man, ridiculous statement.

Arne Slot: “If people knew the struggles we and I are facing, they would be more understanding of the decisions I make.” dailymail.co.uk/sport/football…

@TheAthleticFC @JamesPearceLFC That one incidence at Turf Moor. This article is all based on one incidence. Come on guys, do better.

Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane combined to devastating effect at Liverpool, helping the team to Premier League and Champions League glory.
But while the pair have always rated each other, there has been friction along the way:
🔴 Raised eyebrows over awards ceremony attendance
🔴 Meeting with Klopp to say issues had to stop
🔴 Reduction in number of passes to each other
🔴 How the dynamic played out in Liverpool's dressing room
As they prepare to meet in the AFCON semi-finals, this is the story of their relationship — the respect, the rivalry and the rifts.

@ErikaMorris79 Great analysis, how are Australia & India doing in terms of win rate at home & away?
English

This last chart shows the aggregated view our win rate against India and Aus and then the win rate against all other teams.
It could be fair to say that we are minnow bashers who are found out against better teams?

So in this snippet McCullum talks about how much England have achieved under him..
So why not take a short (what I could analyse in my lunch hour) look at Englands record under him

Sky Sports Cricket@SkyCricket
Will Brendon McCullum change his ways as England move on from Ashes defeat? 🤔
English

@SkyCricket The full interview is absolutely brilliant. @nassercricket asked all the right questions. More of it is needed in the media
English

@cric_blog Does he know its now 16 defeats, 14 wins in the last 30 games? Lucky to still be in a job
English

Brendon McCullum takes offense to a very fair question from Nasser Hussain.
I think all of Australia would be happy if McCullum stays on and England continue to play this brand of cricket.

I hope this test puts to bed all the BS about “England could’ve won it!.”
Sure, they could’ve won it if they were actually the better team. They’re not, at least in these conditions. Heck, they’re just not. Point blank period.
Some of the discourse has been so utterly moronic, especially from folks who are supposed to understand the game.
Don’t come into your holy grail series, get rolled in three tests, then chat about potential. Potential = zilch if you can’t substantiate it when it really matters.
On that note, what’s “Bazball’s” biggest measurable achievement? Not style, not philosophy, not all the random jargon they throw at us. What have they tangibly achieved that would have them regarded as better than this Aussie side?
