A year ago I got my spin bike and 20 mins on @onepeloton was wicked hard. Today I did 45 mins and it was a little bit of a spicy challenge but I did it! 2022 total so far: 104km 🎉 Fun to have the @PelotonMed cheer squad too

I love when you take a lieu day and make a long weekend because:
1) slept without an alarm
2) had 2 cups of coffee and savoured them !!
3) went for a crisp autumn walk
4) getting ready for a much anticipated winery date with @SonjaWakeling and Maggie !!!

Licensing exam done which means… med school ☑️
What a RIDE the last 3 years have been… Through the ups and the downs, I am so grateful to have had so many people by my side supporting me 🥰 Onto the next chapter!

Today was my very last day of clerkship. In this hospital I laughed, I cried, and I learned more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you @MacMedNRC & @niagarahealth for allowing me the honour of learning medicine from you. I will miss this place greatly ❤️
