I have written to you folks over a month ago. I was advised to write a mail, again, written over a month ago and again nothing has been done. I continue to wait. To top it all, I got a call from the bank saying if I don’t pay up right away, my credit score will be impacted!

@StanChart India has the worst customer service! Bank asked me to speak to customer care, the calls never connect and emails are acknowledged with a promise to resolve the issue and that’s never done. Been dealing with for months now!
