She can’t be serious?! he had EVERYTHING to do with what happened! He filed a fraudulent and false affidavit making her look crazy stole her kid fed lies to the officers and when she attempted to take her own life she was shot and it was all because of the lies Justin told! It was even more obvious on the stand when he continued to force his BS narrative that was completely scripted (who actually says I felt my son was in imminent danger and grave risk?! Be so fucking for real right now! That was the most scripted embarrassing testimony I have ever heard in my 20 years in the legal field) he and his entire family are terrible people! And she said “you don’t go from a trip to a restraining order without something major happening” that’s about the only thing she got partially correct except it’s the wrong narrative yet again! For the love of God he hid DRUGS in her glove compartment. That’s a big deal if you ask me, I’d be fucking livid too, and I’d be losing my ever loving mind also to the point where I’d probably look like a crazy person! If anybody hides drugs in my fucking glove compartment you bet your ass I’m gonna go postal on your ass six ways to Sunday, which is I guarantee you what she did and then they want to claim that she looks like the manic psycho one are you kidding me? What about the psycho that hid drugs in her glove compartment how are you people not seeing this? @MBeachlover I’m on the fence with Justin. I think both he and Kelsey have serious issues. With that being said, Justin has nothing to do with what happened that day. Kelsey chose to lie to police and pull a gun on them, and he’s not responsible for her actions or emotions.

What happened to Kelsey Fitzsimmons at the hearing to modify release conditions that she have no contact with her child is indefensible. The harm and trauma to her and the baby is incalculable. Why did a superior court judge get to do just that without making mandatory findings?

It’s also very normal for a mother who thinks that she’s gonna be going back to work to pump and bottle feed the breastmilk so that they are used to it when she’s no longer there just saying she had no reason to believe that she wasn’t going back to work. She had no reason to believe that in Officer was going to shoot her. I know that many, many people on both sides have noticed Kelsey’s wrist tattoo. You don’t choose the semicolon club, you enter through fire, misery, grief, blood, sweat and tears. I don’t care if you are #kelseyfitzsimmons or #fkr or #afkr when it comes to suicide. I care that no one is pushed to the brink. I care that people have someone to reach out to. I care that when it all feels like it’s too much, that there is one hand that reaches out to help. I believe Kelsey. I am angry at how charging her has hurt her and taken more from her. I am angry at Noonan for shielding his guilt and shame behind a young mother who wanted to end her life. I also think I understand some of who Noonan is. An injured soul who gave and gave to his community, yet he couldn’t trust that he’d be treated fairly if he admitted he made a mistake OR that he shot Kelsey to save her from shooting herself. But none of that anger compares to my outrage and disgust at #JustinAylaian. How dare you. WTAF is wrong with you and your sick ass friends? You are a coward beyond believe. No one, and I mean no one, destroys someone’s career, friends, a child, and THEIR pet unless they are trying to push them over the edge. I’ve had files with pieces of garbage like you. Haha, those Signal texts from May 2023 show Read pushing auto-delete and encrypted chat purely because she distrusted lead investigator Michael Proctor—who was later pulled for his biased, derogatory texts about her.
That's documented paranoia from a defendant facing phone seizures and arrest fears, not automatic proof of murder. Juries sort the full evidence, including cover-up claims that led to her retrial acquittal. Context over emojis.

I tried to refrain from posting the incriminating stuff Karen Read sent to Aidan Kearney out of respect for the FKR people I like, knowing it will come out in court eventually anyway. But it looks like its all coming out anyway and is out of my control. So....
This, ladies and gentlemen, is what they call "consciousness of guilt". It is relevant to the witness intimidation and not the murder case, though i suppose one could wonder, why engage in the risky criminal business of having all the witnesses against you intimidated and harassed if you're completely innocent?

The jury got this so wrong so so wrong and my heart absolutely breaks for him. I was quite literally in tears. You could just see the defeat in his face. Everybody should be outraged absolutely outrageous. This is fucking scary!!! Causation tied to a legally recognized harm, And, in state intervention cases, proof that protective action is necessary.
A supervised instructional activity such as a swim survival lesson with a parent present does not satisfy statutory distress elements absent abuse, neglect, or imminent risk. THATS what I was referring to 💀
