@DGlaucomflecken After I got LASIK, my eye doctor told me I still needed to come see her yearly. I am not doing that.

Couple things about vision insurance. It’s mostly used for glasses/contacts and routine exams for people with perfectly healthy eyes. Also, it’s dumb. Why would the most important disability accommodation in human history not be covered by medical insurance? Makes no sense…

@Fox_E_Lori If you’re squinting to see? Book an eye exam, it’s $94 . If it’s trouble with reading, drugstore readers might help, if not, get exam. If both, get aexam. Tired eyes in pm, but good in am, could be eye strain , google prevention and try that...but if not, get an exam

Folks without insurance... how did you know when you started needing glasses? My eyes feel so tired and strained lately.

Every now and then I hear discussion about whether dogs smile, at least in the way we humans do. As my contribution to the debate, here are some of my favorite photos of sled dogs smiling.

@ReBootCartoon I colour corrected pretty much every episode that Mouse ever appeared in, and she is pink (magenta) or purple (red violet) depending on the light and shadows.

@Fox_E_Lori I would put it on a tarp and lay it on its side while you are digging it out. that way the weight is supported by the floor. Also I would seriously consider sacrificing the too small pot because sometimes digging it out can be way too hard!

Hey garden Twitter - I am trying to move a bay tree that has our grown it’s pot. It’s leaning heavily forward and has a break in the main trunk from the weight: what’s the best way to split it so it’s supported while I dig it out?
