@bennettleader I’m asking in general terms and just spitballing. Nothing we’re planning on implementing yet, but that’s why I want to hear from the community and gauge what is or isn’t a solution to existing challenges.

Real question for the communities - we always see our partners have a hard time estimating how many ppl will show up to events because most of these tickets are free for holders = nothing to lose if they don’t attend. Here’s a potential solution 🧵

@FonzGm Having trouble understanding the problem this would solve for tokenproof customers. Interesting feature for sure but I think the solution is better event planning, outside of ticketing. Also introduces friction points for your holders, potential pitfalls in the UX

Would it make sense to ask for a deposit that is returned by either attending the event, or cancelling the ticket within a timeframe? Really interested to hear thoughts.
