One thing that I think really helps me have great labors and birth experiences that no one talks about is that I just sink into non-verbal experience when it begins.
I surrender everything pretty much
immediately and then just vibe through it. Practicing going into a deeply calm, prayerful, meditative state while pregnant is a form of birth prep that is almost entirely neglected.
When I am in the birth process I am not thinking about anything. There’s no assessing, doubting, fearing, no one talking to me or asking questions for me to answer anything. That analytical part of me dies in the moment and doesn’t come back for days after birth.
I really believe shifting into a hypnotic, relaxed, trusting, and internally SILENT mode allows you to traverse the veil with exceptional ease.

You see, Moritz is in western Europe. I am on the US west coast.
So by the time I get up in the morning, Moritz has found all the interesting AI related news. And shared it. So I wake up. Sit down. And it's like christmas morning with all these idea-presents around the digital tree. And so I spend an hour writing about it all.
Now, y'all have to understand I have a lot of 'bosses' around here. They don't necessarily tell me what to do. They're more like wives that tease, guilt, or shame me into doing what they want.
I"m gonna buy them kitchen aprons for christmas this year. ;) I'm not gonna say what I'll have printed on them. ;)
