For the last 20 years I've woken up around every 90-120 minutes throughout the night, without fail. It hasn't affected my life so have never bothered doing anything about it. Has anyone else suffered from this and have you ever found a way to stop it? I appreciate these are probably questions for my doctor, but unless I'm at deaths door I never bother with them.

My brother and his wife are Australian citizens. That took 10 years of integration. One of them is a University lecturer and the other is an orthodontist. My parents were Spanish citizens. That took 10 years of integration. They spoke fluent Spanish, owned their home and paid their health care bills. My brother is a citizen of Brazil because he was born there. He would not clamber onto Copacabana beach and expect to be given a hotel room.
