@NutriDetect I heard some people drink some olive oil every day and do fine. They say it helps with regular bowel movement.

Could oral Vitamin D be one of the biggest mistakes of your life?💊 Understand the bile connection.
Oral Vitamin D causes inappropriate reabsorption of secondary bile acids via increased calcium absorption.
FORCED calbindin/TRPV6 expression increases liver toxicity and breaks our regulation of calcium absorption always pushing it beyond need.
The Vitamin D "EXPERTS" wont tell you this because they do not understand bile recycling dynamics.
Secondary bile acids are the most toxic... this kind of toxicity causes tissue damage and hypoxia... your body then walls off that necrotic tissue with calcium.
Adding K2 to the supplement does not fix this.
Most need K2 MK-4 WITHOUT oral vitamin D to even HAVE A CHANCE of fixing the damage that oral vitamin D made.
Calcification of the cell membrane, intra and extracellular spaces is also going to make you more susceptible to FERROPTOSIS.
And because you think you are D adequate you start avoiding sun and slowly choke out your mitochondria.
Vitamin D wasn't the only cause of your disease or lack of ability to reach your potential but you may have also felt more comfortable staying inside your moldy house avoiding the sun with that Vitamin D... so its also false security and damaging. (mold exposure also increases tissue hypoxia therefore increasing calcification and stiffness.)
If your healthy and have good bile conjugation maybe the vitamin D doesn't hit you as bad... but its still not a good plan. And it drains your magnesium making you weak.
Stop doing it, get some sun so you don't become a vampire.

@NutriDetect Dr Smith Im sure you've talked about this before. Lately I've been getting really tired right after a Niacin Flush. Is that normal?
English

@NutriDetect I think he really might be believing that. Non experts can be manipulated or deceived. People’s knowledge is limited, no matter who they are. Also drinking MB can be faked easily with a food dye.
English

Seriously, if Mel Gibson (actor, aka paid liar) goes on Rogan (highest paid podcaster tool of the establishment) and mentions methylene blue, then in the next two weeks RFK Jr (politicians are all scum) is seen in a short video putting some MB in a glass YET NOT ACTUALLY SEEN DRINKING IT…the only thing you should think is COORDINATED PSYOP

You know how "Big Food" corporations owns most of "little food" corporations?
It would be stupid or insane then, to believe that "Big Pharma" doesn't own "little pharma" (aka generics)
Therefore, if little pharma generic meds (ie. ivermectin and fenben, for example) were actually a threat to Big Pharma oncology profits, they would simply STOP MAKING THEM. They OWN those companies
Then, you should wonder what their goals actually are, by allowing and PROMOTING these things as "cures" for anything...which CURING is something that PHARMA has literally NEVER DONE BEFORE
Believe pharma aka pharmakeia (translated as “sorcery,” “witchcraft,” or “sorcerer”) at your own risk
Don't say you weren't warned

With muscle meat getting so expensive…
And organ meats still so cheap…
If organ meats were truly good for us and cheaper than everything else…
Why do so many people viscerally reject them in spite of their supposed “nutrient density” and obvious low prices?
(hint: we have the ability to recognize high concentrations of toxins due to their perceived bad taste to us)
See thread below for the science
Nutrition Detective 🔍 - Dr. Garrett Smith@NutriDetect
Warning! Are you still eating TOXIC organ meats? In this thread, I'll cover the evidence that ALL organ meats, including wild, grassfed, and conventional animals are filled w toxins This thread may save your life RT to help people stop poisoning themselves!

I will post this every single day if I have to. This is important.
“Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters."
It is very easy to get distracted in life. Shiny objects are all around us. Oh look, another coin is pumping! Stop. Just stop.
Life doesn't have to be that complicated. How will you get time to actually live if you are always worried, looking around?
Success comes from making choices, and choices require sacrifice. That is the meaning of the cross. When you stand at a crossroad, you have to pick one path and sacrifice all other alternatives. You can't go in all directions at once.
Make your life very simple. One coin that you DCA with however much you can afford to hodl. One daily gm post to keep in touch with the community. That is all you need in crypto. The rest of your time you should devote to your work, to your family, to your studies.
Learn to focus your energy. Hodlers keep charts strong and strong charts are the best marketing for a coin. Stop chasing pumps, let the pump come to you.
Our goal is to become a bluechip memecoin, billion dollar plus valuation. Just hold the vision, don't get distracted. The vision will unfold through God in us. It won't happen overnight, but it is destiny.

How do you go about this Vitamin A reduction ?
1. Take out the multivitamins (virtually always high beta carotene and/or high Vitamin A) and high single supplements of Vitamin A. Take out cod liver oil. Take out daily liver consumption of 50 grams or more.
2. Continue eating eggs or 1-3 brazil nuts for selenium. 3. Do Epsom salt baths for magnesium (potassium tends to be low also if magnesium is low) and sulphur bypassing intestine.
4. Eat some beans like black beans, nuts like macadamia nuts or sunflower seeds for copper and B1. 5. Eat some black eye peas/cow peas or other beans for molybdenum.
6. Eat some beef or oysters (high in copper might not work for everyone) for zinc.
7. Consider the gut issue: oxalates, FODMAPS, histamine intolerance, glutamate, salicylates, polyphenols, nitrates, carotenoids (high ethanol problem) and adjust balance away from highest foods. 8. Address metabolic acidosis with breathing techniques and bicarbonate (careful not to deplete stomach acid too much or deplete copper). B12 might be helpful for high nitric oxide.
9. Then increase betaine foods like organic spelt or einkorn, quinoa or beetroot.
10. Then increase choline foods like beef or eggs.
11. Increase B5 foods like chicken, avocado, eggs and mushrooms (might be gut issues re FODMAPs or glutamate issues).
12. Increase B1 foods like sunflower seeds, pork (if not against religious beliefs), oats and macadamia nuts.
13. Consume some extra virgin olive oil for Vitamin E and Coenzyme Q10. Mackerel another source of Coenzyme Q10.
14. Consume some food sources of Vitamin C like kiwis, cauliflower and strawberries.
15. Supplement with low amounts where necessary. May need to be higher at first. With improving absorption from eggs in particular doses may need reduced.
16. Find alternative foods where not tolerated or contradicted by gut issues.
17. For some people this will not be easy and you need professional help.
18. For some people very little healing will take place until the stress in their life is reduced. Improving sleep can help the equation particularly going to bed early in winter. Yoga, breathing and brain wave music. Other techniques. Physical and mental postural therapies.
19. Some form of light exercise or walking may help. Lifting small amounts may also help gut health. Lymph work may also help.
20. Go low and slow at first with new interventions, foods and supplements.
