I’ll be honest, I figured the QB competition label would be over by now. If Kyler is already the chosen starter, it’s a good idea to give him as many reps as possible. The fact the team is continuing to split reps to this point seems to be a very good indicator of JJ McCarthy’s progress this offseason.

If the Vikings were to trade McCarthy, that leaves them with Murray, Wentz, and Brosmer. That's a big gamble unless they are content with possible throwing this season away and letting Teasley do his thing next off-season.

@uscscott80 @narihatescausua @vikingzfanpage Jj went to the lab in the off season and hopefully fixed some stuff only player 10 games so he can deff improve. I wouldn’t just hand Kyler the job just cause. If JJ looks better then he should get it
