@fordnation It is so wild to me that in the same breath, you can say that "crime is more rampant than ever!" while pointing at increasing public drug use, and then tout the supposed "success" of HART Hubs with zero evidence. Or any information about the Hubs at all, really.

@fordnation If HART Hubs are supposedly such a ground-breaking intervention, why does no one know what they do? What data do you have to show their success? HART Hub funding doesn't even include capital infrastructure costs to build new housing, let alone new recovery facilities.
