It’s a shame how much @SouthwestAir has changed. Ever since there checked package change & assigned seats. Their service has just gone downhill. And now when you even try to bring your two free items you have to check one of them anyway. What’s the perk of flying SW now? Nothing

Shouldn’t there be enough room for each passenger to have the space above and below their seat? @SouthwestAir Are they selling us on two free carry-ons but actually it should just be one? Just need to make sure I plan ahead if I decide to fly my beloved SW again.
