Like Democrats in the US, Liberals and New Democrats here in Canada are increasingly coalescing around an anti-Israel, anti-Zionist world view. We can debate whether or not that amounts to antisemitism - in many cases it quite obviously does - but what’s not up for debate is that if you consistently oppose Israel’s right to defend itself against the likes of the Islamic Republic and its terrorist proxies, you inevitably find yourself on the the same side as those Israel is defending against.

@rivercove57 @justice_Tyr22 Interesting! I did a quick search and found they were called Saracen raiders - Muslim maritime pirates and warriors. Another interesting face- they established bases which they used for raids and slaving trading for nearly a century (888-972).
