As you can see, there have been 9, count them, NINE separate attempts by the Democrats to fund TSA, and yet Republicans have mysteriously blocked the attempts. You are being lied to.

Half the last chapter is him debating if he should, but then decides to think more about it after his class. In the movie, he’s almost definitely going to go home.
