Llevo años diciéndolo: La política intervencionista y absurda ley de vivienda ha convertido al pequeño propietario en sospechoso y ha puesto una alfombra roja a los fondos internacionales que calibran riesgos y funcionan con excel. El gobierno ha metido en el mismo saco a mi tía —3 pisos heredados— y a Blackstone. ¿La culpa? 100% del Gobierno: señala, enfrenta a particulares y no construye ni una vivienda.

@CJ02023589 Estoy de acuerdo, yo personalmente aspiro a ser más ordenado, mejor vestido, etc.. por eso me gustaría estar en un ambiente que me incite a serlo. Si a alguien le da igual todo eso, pues seguramente le de igual el estado de su barrio.

Doy fe. Desde hace dos años y medio vivo solo en un piso que está bastante bien, pero en un barrio medio cutre de Madrid. Es increíble el efecto que tiene que toda la gente que vive a tu alrededor este en una peor posición que la tuya. Básicamente te incita a descuidar tu forma de vestir, a ser más desordenado y en general no te incentiva mucho a prosperar en la vida. Estoy seguro de que si viviera en el barrio Salamanca y todo lo que me rodeara fuera gente muchísimo más arreglada y en una mejor posición que la mía, eso tiraría de mí hacia arriba en muchos aspectos. Desde que vivo aquí, entiendo eso que dice la gente de "hay que comprar el peor piso de la mejor calle que te puedas permitir".

when i was in undergrad the STEM classes were mostly fine. but people in the humanities (e.g. philosophy) classes seemed extraordinarily dumb. i often didnt read assignments or pay attention, but i was consistently the only kid able to carry discussions or answer questions. it was pretty awkward because i'd try to give others a chance so whenever the professors asked a question there would be like 15 seconds of uncomfortable silence and then i'd answer.

This site uses ROSALÍA’s name, images from LUX, and links associated with the artist’s official social media accounts. None of the tickets listed on this website are actually available, as they correspond to sold-out dates. I have received hundreds of reports from followers in my DMs informing me that the team (of incompetent people) is not providing the necessary support to fans who are being victimized by these scams. The lack of response and effective measures to contain the situation is concerning. It is expected that a team responsible for an artist of ROSALÍA’s stature acts with more responsibility, speed, and commitment to protecting the artist’s image and the safety of the public. Currently, the performance leaves much to be desired. I hope the salary at the end of the month is worth it for not doing anything that actually helps the fans who simply want to see their favorite artist.

I had to intervene and asked if they thought water might be better instead since he was having surgery for BRAIN CANCER the next morning. Me cuenta un colega que se va a sacar un coche de renting por 400 pavos al mes 'porque total, lo incluye todo'. 🚗💸 Mentalmente hago el cálculo: 400€ al mes al 8% en un indexado a 10 años son más de 70.000€. Es acojonante lo cara que sale la comodidad de estrenar coche.
