I said the same thing and a HR responded that Training employees has not proven anything yet because Employees leave months later after being Good on the job from several Training Another point was that TRAINING NEW SET OF EMPLOYEES comes at a Cost(Time and money) which many organisation may not afford to give At the end, our corporate organisation need to do better

Moniepoint is not a "Twitter defence squad" company, most serious fintechs don’t allow employees to jump on timelines to do PR. It’s called compliance, not silence. If you expect current staff to be online fighting strangers, you’re already unserious about how real companies operate. Also, the numbers speak louder than online noise, millions of users, billions processed yearly, thousands of employees. You don’t get that scale from "bad workplace vibes" just because random people on Twitter aren’t posting testimonials.
