Moniepoint is not a "Twitter defence squad" company, most serious fintechs don’t allow employees to jump on timelines to do PR. It’s called compliance, not silence. If you expect current staff to be online fighting strangers, you’re already unserious about how real companies operate.
Also, the numbers speak louder than online noise, millions of users, billions processed yearly, thousands of employees. You don’t get that scale from "bad workplace vibes" just because random people on Twitter aren’t posting testimonials.
