Bro somehow ive been losing more weight not tracking my cals than when I am. Its probably just a wegovy thing since my dose just went up, but like Id been stuck at 180lbs for like 6 months until I stopped tracking last month and now im down to 170lbs

@lemon5372 Damn- well then id just recommend any clean products you have, bleach will work best, but pretty much anything will work if you scrub hard enough lol, ive used hand soap and water before, its alot harder, but still very possible lol :)
