This Google Maps Lead Gen Agent is absolutely insane 🤯 Enter a keyword, city, & state → get back names, phone numbers, emails, websites, & reviews. All inside Google Antigravity + Claude Code. Perfect for agencies and lead gen operators who need prospecting data without paying insane SaaS fees. Here's the problem: You're manually searching Google Maps. Clicking through listings one by one, copy-pasting phone numbers into a spreadsheet. It takes hours to build a decent lead list. This scraper solves it: → Enter your keyword (plumber, dentist, realtor, etc.) → Pick your city and state → Set the number of results you want → Hit search and let Apify do the scraping → Save leads you like to a bookmark list No manual searching, no copy-pasting, no paying $200/month for a lead gen tool. What you get: - Full search results with business info - Bookmark feature to save your best leads - Search history to track past scrapes - Option to host it on Replit so your team can use it Built 100% with Claude Code & Antigravity. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how I built this from scratch, plus all the prompts I used. Want all the prompts I used for Claude Code so you can build it yourself? > Like this post > Comment "LEADS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

@Chazzym22 My wife just returned yesterday and was there during the unrest. Punta Mita was always safe and there were multiple conferences going on. Only inconvenience was they cancelled some off-site events and the food was limited for one day. You may however have a drop in attendance.

When did windshield wipers start being sold individually...for $30? I must have just had the dealer do it and never noticed.

We're in a silent recession. What I'm seeing: 1) Real estate struggling bad. None of my friends in this business are growing and many are going through very stressful situations trying to recap debt. 2) Home services are hungry. HVAC, plumbing, electrical in my area are slow and asking for work. 3) 5+ of my friends have gotten laid off in the last few months. A lot of talented folks too. 4) ECom getting crushed. Especially hunting, outdoor, etc. Consumer spending is way down. 5) Developers slowing way down so the entire trade sector is overstaffed. Great time to build or remodel. 6) My friend is a custom cabinet guy in Athens GA. For the first time in 20 years he's really hungry for work and doesn't have much on his schedule. 7) Recruiting is definitely slow compared to 2022 and even 2023. Businesses just not hiring / staffing their teams right now as a whole. Obviously certain industries are strong and businesses are still growing, as always, but not like 2022 where everyone was winning. What are you seeing out there?

I was in it for 3hrs. Something fishy is going on. They were routing all traffic onto the shoulder where they could look at every car. Also stopping trains going through the area. Site was 1000ft from residential buildings at Camp Pendleton and the suspect was in the bushes with a gun. Hmmm?

Crazy trip to Sand Diego for my son's last home game of the year. 5 freeway closed for 12 hours to investigate a CHP pursuit shooting 1000ft from residential buildings at Camp Pendleton. Odd so close to a military base and massive freeway closure as well as stopping train traffic. Something is fishy. But we made it. GO AZTECS!

We talk about the biggest deal. Let’s talk about the smallest deal we have done. I’ll go first. Working with a small doctor, single doc in a single exam room. We were initially looking at 3 year term so small, but worth the time. At the end of negotiations, doc decided on a single room hole in the wall space, for 6 months with 5 options for 6 months each. Landlord refused to pay on the options. Grad total after splits and the referral fee I had to pay… $41.10

🚨 TONIGHT: The @santamonicacity Council (which is basically bankrupt) is voting in closed session to purchase this BRAND NEW luxury 40,000 sq ft creative office space with ocean view roof deck & outdoor fireplace, across from a park & Apple offices for ANOTHER HOMELESS SHELTER! A city that’s been paying up to $400-500 MILLION cash to alleged victims of a single child molester & who has no revenue because homeless have scared away businesses & tourists will spend tens of millions of $ to offer new luxury digs to homeless addicts & violent criminals right across from where kids play sports & hang out after school. Watch the video👇 This is maddening! Shame on @jessezwick @ctorosis @electdanhall @nhrushka @BarrySnell_CPA @EllisRaskin — Mayor @lananegretesm please expose & stop this hemorrhaging of cash when we can’t afford to keep public libraries open or fund our police.

Hi Los Angeles, word on the street is that two more Socialists are gonna get elected to the LA city council. Please, don't do that. You're making it all worse. 🤷‍♂️ #LosAngeles

@CohenSite LA acts as if companies can't go across the street to the many cities that surround City of LA. Its like they are acting as economic development for the other cities for free.

I heard somebody successful recently say that if they could give their younger self one piece of advice, it would be: Try not to worry, things are going to work out. The thing is, the worrying is a big reason people find success. As a broker, I worried like crazy about where my next deal would come from, so I cold-called and pushed hard to create it. When I started raising outside capital, I stressed a lot about making sure I did right by my investors, which is a big reason I continued to focus on the downside and keep our risk low - and still do. Yes, I very much still lose sleep over how we’re going to get spaces leased, or hit our property income goals, or make sure everyone on our team is focusing on the right things. I worry. I always have. And it’s a big advantage.
