Anyone get World Cup tickets in new window this morning? As a FYI, had a nose around and they only have Cat 1 and 2 tickets left for Round of 16 game at BC Place. The Cat 2 was $985. To put that into perspective, the Cat 1 for the Round of 16 the day before in Seattle is $970!

@realsashastone Up until a decade ago, adults could go the cinema 25-30 times a year and be provided with quality entertainment aimed at them. If I see two movies in a theatre in a year, im lucky. It’s all marvel or fantasy crap.

Thoughts on Italy failing to qualify: 1) 48 team World Cup was supposed to prevent this. Already too many minnows at this tournament. Even a mediocre Italy would have made it better 2) Toronto is a loser here. Italian community storyline, gone. Significant economic impact. 1/2

World Cup with Curaçao and Uzbekistan, but without Italy. Very logical.
