Dear Yoruba Ladies in diaspora, At least 50 social media accounts have been opened in the name of different First class Obas. The major targets are The Ooni of Ife and The Olugbo of Ugbo for obvious reasons. Never believe a King is wooing u unless u see him face to face or ask a relative to visit the palace. Even video calls can be manipulated nowadays too. Never buy expensive gifts or send hard currencies for different rites out of desperation to be a queen. Won fe gba e ni oooo! 😂😂 Many have been scammed but are too ashamed to tell the world. 🦻🦻🦻 @ThinkYoruba_1st @TYF_Europe @TYFNAMERICA @ogunfeminire

@GuyMr10 Yorùbá people are too accommodating. Most of our guests are quick to denigrate us. They are quick to condemn and bash us. While doing this, they forget the bad in their places of origins. Their hatred now push the Yorùbá into unity.

A busy night for the Nigerian military as coordinated ISWAP attempts on Baga, Buratai, and Maiduguri were all decisively repelled.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Enemy forces suffered heavy losses, with our troops now in hot pursuit to clear remaining pockets of insurgents. Mopdemall🔥🔥🔥, send those demons back to the hell they came out from🔥🔥🔥

You can create an Amazon KDP account, self publish a book on it, & start making $3000+/month in passive income. All in the next 7 days. (Without having to write the book yourself) Here's the exact step-by-step process I've used to make over $1,000,000:

Many Nigerians debate banditry from a distance. But until you meet it face-to-face on a lonely road, you cannot fully understand the fear it carries. I once ran into bandits on the road to Anka in Zamfara. Around 4pm, at Mayanchi junction, very busy junction, police and military checkpoints not up to 3 mins drive from there, more than fifty armed men blocked the road with their faces wrapped, Carrying weapons I had never seen before in my life. In situations like that we were taught two things: Never panic or look at them in the eyes and Never acknowledge them as bandits. So I parked my car calmly, greeted them politely and asked how work was going — pretending they were security agents.(this was very important then) None of them answered me. They inspected my car, then silently signaled me to go. I drove away slowly, but my whole body was shaking. God saved me, for whatever reason, I really don’t know but I came out untouched. Some of the realities of insecurity in Nigeria are difficult to explain to people who have never seen it up close.

So far I've found 3 YouTubers actively touring SW Nigeria showing raw stagnation: Ebunoluwa, a girl who likes touring islands and riverine communities. Olaoluwa ojeleye who tours Osun exclusively. And one funny dude from Ikorodu who starts his all videos with "Hola amigos"

Today, we celebrate the birth of a visionary whose impact transcends time — Chief Obafemi Awolowo, GCFR, SAN (1909–1987). A nationalist, statesman, and architect of progress, his contributions to Nigeria remain unmatched. As Premier of the Western Region, he pioneered free primary education, expanded infrastructure, and laid the groundwork for economic development that transformed millions of lives. His strong belief in the power of education, the necessity of good governance, and the dignity of every Nigerian has remained the principles and guiding light for leaders and citizens alike His legacies will continue to live on in many generations to come🕊️🤍

@mumire1intown When an ethnicity accommodate other so well, the visitors would become so comfortable and start denigrating their host. Meanwhile, the guest's home is not better. They'll start comparison complex.

Apart from Yoruba distance cousins which are Nupe, Edo and some part of Delta i think there's a Yoruba hate true true and this is a based on my experience. Even as at today a Bayelsa woman my friend and I had Ajo issue with today was just say "Yoruba people Yoruba people go and ask about me i be Bayesla. Something that has nothing to do with tribe. Just a mer misunderstanding of Date o. I told her if she hate Yoruba that much she should go back to Bayesla. Mind you she's 60

An Assistant Superintendent of Police, Aondoaver Asom, attached to Ops Zenda Joint Task Force (JTF), was traveling to resume duties with Operations Zenda JTF when armed robbers ambushed the passenger vehicle he was in. He gallantly foiled the vicious attack, shooting three robbers dead in Benue. This man’s sacrifices must not be forgotten. The family he left behind must be taken care of. I am making a passionate appeal to the Ag. IGP, @TunjiDisu1, and the NSA, @NuhuRibadu, to not only honor his memory but also take care of his immediate family. I am also calling on Nigerians to please help his family.

An historical Masjid built by a Christian in Osogbo at Oja Oba at the back of Local herbs market very closed to central mosque Oja Oba Osogbo. The Christian said: "Anytime my dad bullied my mum everybody will be sent out and no one will give us shelter but the Mosque" . Me and my mum slept in the Mosque several times till day break. It's a payback time to turned the Mosque to modern one. Maa Shaa Allah ❣️

Yoruba oba in Kwara face a lot of problems from the so called emir and kwara state government. Many towns in Kwara are Yoruba-speaking communities with their own Obas (kings), but because they fall under the Ilorin Emirate administrative structure, they do not have equal standing with the Emir and face issues such as lack of payment of allowances, recognition, grading/classification disputes and limited autonomy. Here are the commonly cited Yoruba traditional rulers in Kwara State who have historically faced grievances over Emirate authority or marginalisation: 1.Oba of Jebba — Oba Alhaji Abdulkadir Adebara • Jebba is a Yoruba-founded town in Moro LGA. He has spoken about being denied salary/recognition for many years due to emirate dominance. 2.Ohoro of Shao — (Sha̩o, Ilorin East LGA) • A Yoruba Oba whose traditional stool has been cited among monarchs not fairly graded under state chieftaincy system because they are within the emirate. 3.Oluo of Oke-Oyi — (Oke-Oyi, Ilorin East) • Another Yoruba traditional ruler listed in complaints about unequal grading. 4.Alapado of Apado — (Apado, Ilorin East LGA) • Has previously been cited in discussions about interference and pressure by state/security agencies tied to Emirate politics. 5.Baale of Afon — (Afon, Ilorin East) • Included among Yoruba monarchs historically affected by the emirate system. 6.Oba Dado of Oke-so — (Oke-so, Ilorin East) • Also listed by Yoruba leaders seeking fair grading.
