@taloketo @sercanaltun What do you think about using clean code + SOLID principles @taloketo ? Do you think they are something you should look out for as an indie developer? I’m asking because I believe singleton violates single responsibility principle by letting a class manage its own lifecycle.

@sercanaltun @cevikarda And as an indir developer you have to do 5 people’s jobs, which means cutting corners. I’m a developer 30% of the work day. I have to cut much more impactful corners when making games. My codebase having a 0% test coverage is a pretty easy decision for my case.

@sercanaltun @taloketo I have seen advantages as well as disadvantages of applying TDD. It’s not a silver bullet that solves all the problems. However, writing testable code and applying TDD are two different things. In my experience, writing testable and clean code has always been valuable.

@taloketo @cevikarda Maybe because I am experienced enough in TDD, that the "extra time spent" on writing testable code does not appear to be that long. May be it increases the time it takes by %20 in my estimation. I believe I would loose more time in debugging. Its wiser spending time to test.
