After a month after all this things happened still no real follow up from @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp It’s not right to treat your paying customer like such, not even considering the hardship I had to go thru without luggage and immediate compensation

This is so far my worst experience in traveling. I had similar thing happened few years back with Emirates and SAS, but they were very responsible and solution minded which @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp don’t have in handling my case.

I also asked for formal written statement from @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp which explaining the airlines regulations of delayed luggage compensations which only cover 3 days maximum. I also asked the officer to check all the documents since they asked me to re-send the documents

On the same day I replied the email to baggage claim officer expressing my disappointment on the fact that Etihad only cover 3 days for expenses while my luggage went missing for 7 days @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp

On the 31st of October 2018, I got a reply from Catherine Sunico (Baggage Claims Officer) explaining that Etihad offered business class passenger USD 60 per day for the delayed luggage compensation and it is maximum of 3 days @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp

On the 23rd October I replied the email to @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp with all the documents needed. Then after that I did not hear anything, total silence from them.

On the 20th October I contacted @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp and on the 22nd Oct I got the reply from baggage claim team requesting me to send all the documents required so they can review the case

I was in contact with Lost and Found Jakarta airport and they did not know where my luggage was. Day after day still no information on where it was. Then they found it was still in LHR, and then delivered it to me on the 17th of October @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp

Had worst experienced traveling business class with @EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp. Flew from Oslo to Jakarta with EY 7476,EY 18 and EY 472 on 9-10 October 2018. Arriving in Jkt on the 10th Oct but one of my luggage went missing.
