@chavmal @Nationals Couldn’t agree more with you. Lots of defences pretty much play deep because no one plays small ball anymore. It’s all about extra bases (HR, Doubles, Triples). Gotta keep defences on their toes !

@DrRubens286485 @Mariners It took SEVEN games for them to finally change something up and implemented small ball. They got back-to-back base hits then had a sacrifice bunt. It set them up beautifully. Until the next two batters struck out, swinging for the fences. 🙃

@DrRubens286485 @Mariners In all fairness, Seattle’s offense is doing next to nothing to help their pitchers out. They’re swinging for the fences & relying on runs from HR hits, leaving RISP, not getting base hits, not using small ball and have made several baserunning mistakes.
