I genuinely think if we all adopted a 4 day work week with 5-6 hour days, it would change the course of society. People would be happier, healthier, less angry, and more present. Social bonds would be stronger. It could literally change the entire world.

@Nathan_Redacted There are 4 trains from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh but would you want an 8+ hour Train ride versus a 45 minute flight?

Everywhere else in the Northeast, they take the train to opposing teams’ arenas. But against a team within the same state? Flying, because there’s one single train a day to Pittsburgh, and it leaves Philly at Noon. A travesty and a policy failure.

28 days of annual leave. Out of 365. Your employer owns 337 days of your year. You get 28. And half of those you spend recovering from the other 337. How is this the "good deal" everyone told you to be grateful for?
