@classpass Votre système d’abonnement est vraiment problématique : on accumule des crédits, et au moment du renouvellement, tout est remis à zéro si on annule l’abonnement. Ce n’est ni clair ni équitable, fuyez

Very disappointed in @classpass ! Booked an appt, it was accepted, showed up to it only to be told they were overbooked and turned away. I’ve followed up twice only to be told I’m not getting those credits back and to pay 5x what i am now just to get partial credits back…
