INSTC dates to 2000.I dealt with it officially. No link with BRI launched in 2013 or helping Russia evade Ukraine related sanctions. Main goal was to boost India-Russia trade by shortening route/transport costs. Yes, its value in new geopolitical situation has increased.

Two arrested in the #praveennettar murder case. Zakir of Savanuru and Rafiq of Bellare. Both are members of PFI and SDPI. Seems they have told cops that they dropped off two from Kerala at Kasaragod.
