@courtyjnr @Stephenh61 They do indeed - but to be fair the industry has consistently muddied the waters between the two, it's almost impossible for legislation or guidance to apply to some form of gambling and not others, particularly when they are all offered under one virtual roof.

@ETB89 @lucyfrazermp Couldn't agree more Eliot, a lot of the issue is operators not making the process as simple and secure as it can be. Yeah, I know, we would say that - but it also happens to be true.

@RacingPost And yes, we would say that! But it is true: we need to get serious about the simplest, smartest way to avoid punters losing thousands (that they cannot afford to lose) in short spaces of time. And it IS possible.
