I’m genuinely interested in how young coaches get better at their craft? What is the process to learn the game better? To see it differently? The number of coaches I talk to that just can’t comprehend what I see or how I approach the game, the subtle creative adjustments to do similar things to what they are doing & the little details that they seem to have never heard of… stuff I consider football 101 but so many don’t seem to understand! So I’m curious how coaches grow & how they challenge what they are doing or how they have been taught to see things in a different way?
