Who else hates trying to rate things on a scale of numbers. "On the scale of 1-10, how disturbed are you?" and I never really know which number is the right number. I absolutely HATE it.

I can't believe I finally published a podcast episode! I have no idea what the next episode is going to be about, but I did it! It was a big deal for me because I have stage fright, even when sitting in my room alone. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
