@flyspicejet (red, helpless,shitty) i opted for full refund on a reschedule flight and it has been nearly 9 days that I haven't received the fare, no reply to mail request , tried calling them they do not pick up for 17 minutes, how is this shitty airlines still operating.

Hi, kindly note that we have processed the full refund from our end towards the travel agency account (MakeMyTrip) dated 28th Apr'26. Unfortunately, we would not be able to disclose the amount since the booking was made under special fare. Please get in touch with the travel agency for your refund claims. The refund will be as per their terms of the contract. We regret any trouble.

@MoCA_GoI The state of this matter has gone even downhill, the status of the refund shows completed and i have not received a penny of my 8.2k inr ? and the airlines has given me a vague answer where it claims i am eligible for 1k inr and it is to be refunded to cleartrip 🤡

@airsewa_MoCAs What of earth is that utterly disgusting site? how slow could you make it how heavy is it?
my only concern is how did those developers even got hired? atleast hire a 2nd year student not a 6th standard typist.
