As a speed coach I love testing days. It’s an opportunity for all the hard work, time, and effort to come together. It all clicked today for @BradyWaldenqb who showed up and showed out with a laser timed 40 of 4.562 and a 5+10 fly of 1.177! At 6’4 210 he needs to be on your radar

If you’re pairing Sprinting and Lifting in the same session… We tend to ONLY do 3-5 Max Effort sprints through a laser in a single session trying to break a PR. Then we go lift. Much more than that, output will suffer. Stimulate adaptation, move on. This is the key.
