@Dpascoe001 Hi Debbie - thanks for your note - i am now retired from QVC - however it is possible that the Cyan ink is not properly charged. You can do a power cleaning to solve the issue. Remember to check when doing a power clean that all the tanks are full.

@corporaltrim Hi Mat I have the Epson ET-2812 printer and the blue ink is not working. I have done head cleaning but nothing works. Would you suggest a power clean or something else? Thank you

@corporaltrim can u help please. We bought an Epson printer from qvc last year and it has been working fine up until the last fortnight. We are having to turn our wifi off and on and reset the printer everytime we want to print something. Can u help

@presentinglee #qvctec Hi Lee, can you help? I brought a Cujo security thing Dec2018. It’s eyes alternate from happy to sad every couple a mins, and I cant get on to the app?? Is it broken? What should I do. They have not responded to my email! 😞😞😞
