Had a extremely cordial and informative introductory meeting with PreK-5 Millville principals. #thunderbolts Thank you to Shelly Schneider for organizing the get together.

Instead of complaining about what others are doing wrong, focus on what they are doing right. Praise them and watch as they create more success as a result. Of course, point out their mistakes so they can learn & grow, but make sure you give 3x as much praise as criticism.

This is the first time I’m going to have pizza in 18 months. Its been so long, I’m not even sure if I’ll like it anymore. Lol

I saw a guy at Starbucks today. No iPhone. No tablet. No laptop. He just sat there. Drinking coffee. Like a Psychopath.

Someone asked me recently: “How do you stay so positive?” Well... I have hard days like everyone else; that’s the reality. But I still love students & teachers; that’s also the reality. We don’t get to choose our circumstances. But we always get to choose what we focus on.
