Something unusual is happening in Dubai’s real estate market.
Since the war started, the Dubai Real Estate Index (DFMREI) dropped about 20–21% down.
Dubai had become the global capital of mobile wealth but markets saw this coming.
Unfortunately it started with the real estate reacts hit.
Real estate markets are extremely sensitive to three things:
1️⃣ Safety perception
2️⃣ Global capital flows
3️⃣ Confidence in long-term stability
Dubai’s growth over the last decade was fueled by international money moving into the city.
But global investors always ask one question first: Is my capital safe here?
If geopolitical tensions rise near a major financial hub, the market reacts immediately.
Not because the fundamentals changed overnight but because uncertainty has a price.
Although, the city has repeatedly recovered faster than expected.
After:
• The 2008 global financial crisis
• The 2014 oil downturn
• The COVID-19 slowdown
Dubai managed to rebuild demand through:
• aggressive development
• investor-friendly regulation
• global marketing of the city as a lifestyle circle
Which means this drop may be because of the fear happening in this short term.

It means new issuers are choosing Solana as their infrastructure, no just Ethereum.
Stablecoins are the most reliable indicator of real adoption.

That's the fastest growth among top 10 stablecoins.
So the real question is can @worldlibertyfi push it into the top 3?

ELON MUSK'S "X" IS ABOUT TO BECOME THE BIGGEST CRYPTO PLAYER.
Just today, it was announced that X will launch crypto trading directly from its timeline.
This is expected to happen within a few weeks, and most people are underestimating the impact.
X has nearly 600 million monthly active users, which is 50M+ more than global crypto users.
In several countries, X is the most visited social app and has 1B+ total downloads.
Compare it with any crypto exchange, X is by far the biggest platform which will provide crypto trading.

I know a lot of people are expecting a gigantic pump, but this is something which will play over a long period of time.

It's in a pullback.... that's all I can say.
The sweep of liquidity at last year's lows means that stea is protected.
So I'm not expecting price to go lower than that area.
With price pressing into a daily orderblock, the RR for a good trade keeps going up.
The ideal scenario is a strong reaction off that zone for the continuation.
It's the daily timeframe so you might be here for a while.

1. 𝐀 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧
Most stablecoins stop at liquidity. You mint them, move them, maybe earn some yield… and that’s it.
USD1 is taking a different path: building the actual infrastructure where the stablecoin is a core piece of a broader system.
WLFI Instead of waiting for DeFi to absorb USD1, @worldlibertyfi it’s building the rails itself.
2. 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭
Lending protocols aren’t new.
But what WLFI is doing with World Liberty Markets on Dolomite gives USD1 a more meaningful role, both as collateral and capital.
Rates are already competitive (supply at ~9.7%, borrow at ~5.4%), and it’s tied to a Points system that reward active participants and laying the groundwork for more complex incentive layers.
3. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲
Stablecoins only matter when people can actually use them.
WLFI’s upcoming app bridges that gap: giving users a way to spend USD1 directly from a wallet or linked bank account.
This might seem like a small step, but it’s the kind of access layer DeFi has always struggled with.
The kind that changes real-world behaviour.
4. 𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫
When you zoom out, you see a very intentional architecture forming:
- USD1 as programmable capital
- WLFI building the rails (lending, payments, automation)
- Points and incentives rewarding participation
- Access layers closing the loop
5.𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝
And in a space full of serious tools, sometimes what you need is a meme to open the floodgates.
We already saw that every ecosystem needs a meme to carry it forward.
That’s why I think $KASH could become the face of the USD1 movement.
