Understand these phases of the market:
Accumulation ✅:
Price moves sideways as institutions quietly build positions, creating pools of buyside and sellside liquidity.
Manipulation ✅:
A fake move designed to grab liquidity (stop hunts) before the real move. The true move often occurs in the opposite direction.
Distribution ✅:
The actual trend plays out, and institutions begin to offload positions into the move
Note ‼️: After manipulation, price often reacts from high probability POIs or strong levels. This suggests that the accumulation phase was engineered to build liquidity before the final move.
If you miss the initial move after manipulation, stay patient, wait for price to distribute in the opposite direction, you can just join price when it RTO.
Works on all timeframes ....... study 🥂

Regret: The Payout Crisis 📉
From a $13,000 Payout to $0. Just like that. 📉
1/ Most of you see the profits, but you don’t see the foundation. I am a full-time e-commerce entrepreneur. My days are spent fighting logistical nightmares, customs issues, and endless operational fires. I thought trading was a "cleaner" escape from the grind. I was wrong. Yesterday, the market reminded me who's really in charge.
2/ In just 24 hours, I wiped out a $250,000 live portfolio. One $50K and two $100K accounts—gone. It wasn’t a strategy failure. It was a psychological execution. I forgot the most important rule: Knowing when to walk away.
3/ The GFT Tragedy: My first 100K Live account was at 5% profit ($105K). I chased that last 1% to hit the 6% payout cap. I risked a six-figure account for a measly $1,000 and lost it by just $25.06. Simultaneously, my 3-step 50K account was at $2,850 profit. I only needed $150 more to max out the 6% limit. There was no consistency rule on this one, yet I acted like a fool and blew it as well. Pure insanity.
4/ The Consistency Trap: The nightmare continued. I lost my second 100K Live account just a day later. This account was also sitting at 5% profit ($105K). Due to a 20% consistency rule, I needed just $400 more in profit to qualify for my payout. In a state of revenge trading and mental exhaustion, I forced a trade to bridge that tiny gap. That $400 cost me the entire $100,000 account. I traded my future for a few hundred bucks.
5/ E-commerce is exhausting, but it’s manageable. Trading is pure psychological warfare. The stress from my business made me crave "quick wins" on the charts, and that greed destroyed months of discipline in seconds. Chasing 1% cost me everything.
6/ The Last Stand: I am down to my last 100K Live account. It is currently in profit, and the payout is scheduled for April 23rd. I’m making a public commitment: ZERO TRADES until that money hits my bank. I am deleting the apps and stepping away from the charts to focus on my e-commerce operations.
7/ I need to reset my mind and remember that the best trade is the one you don’t take. I’ll see you all on April 23rd with a payout receipt and a clear head. 🌴📈

I started this year with $900,000 in funding, $400,000 with FTMO, $300,000 with FundedNext, and $200,000 with Seacrest.
I lost my FTMO and FundedNext accounts to a silly mistake, a weekend opening gap, and I was left with my $200,000 Seacrest account. Barely a week later, I got an email from Seacrest saying they were shutting down their prop firm to continue as a broker.
I was up $9,000 on the account at the time. I had to close the trade and request a payout, and surprisingly, I was paid. My account was terminated right after since they were no longer operating as a prop firm.
That was how I lost all of my funding. I went from $900,000 funded back to zero.
I decided to purchase a $200,000 FundedNext account, started afresh, and got funded again. That’s even the account I’m currently requesting a payout from.
As of last week, I got funded again, $400,000 with FTMO. Ending the quarter with $400,000 with E8 Funding, $400,000 with FTMO and $200,000 with FundedNext.
Now, I’m back to being $1 million funded.
This is a message to everyone out there. You can lose everything in one minute from one mistake, but as long as your skill is intact, you can always come back.
Rock bottom is a trampoline for the skilled.
