Pressure is a privilege. Right now, I'm not burnt out but I'm feeling pressure. - Filming AI dropshipping tutorials. - Launching Oodie BFCM strategies. - Supporting investments through Q4. - Launching Daily Mentor Academy (our first beginner coaching program). - Filming/editing 6 YouTube vlogs. - Filming 6 videos for Davie Fogarty Mentors. - Constant social events like getting engaged and going to weddings - Hiring 4-5 roles across companies. I'm good at delegating. But when the team hits capacity, there are some categories only I can do. Nobody else can do some of this AI stuff or my team is so stretched that my time becomes less valuable than my CEO's time. So I absorb it. I got engaged recently. Over a million total subscribers/followers across YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. The media's writing about everything I do and public expectations are building. The whole world expects you to either fail or succeed massively. When you fail (which is natural in business), it gets written about. Your failures get rubbed in your face. That's a different kind of pressure. But you can't play the game and complain about the exact outcome you were trying to achieve. Pressure is a privilege. I love that there are expectations on me from family and from the public. It forces the question: How do I be better? How do I do more? Certain seasons demand extreme discomfort. Maybe you train less during this period. Maybe you say no to events. Maybe you put long-term projects on hold when things get tight. There are still things to say no to. But you know there's got to be periods of extreme discomfort. And you don't complain. You just do it. That's the season.
