@Mirko_DIY I used to design PCB by myself too. I always step back from the screen and squint my eyes so I can view the whole PCB design like a Monet's painting.

Making a PCB layout for a few high-speed interfaces with proper inter-pair spacing and inserting a pair of GND vias (vis stitching) for good EMI performance is not a trivial task. I always treat drawing traces as an engineering art and put a lot of effort into it. I hope that in my lifetime my work will not be replaced by neural networks and AI machines.

@Pete_Brown I am going to do that next year. Here in China kids can only drive at 18 though

Just took my 15yo girl out for her first try at driving. No small children were harmed, and no heart-attack moments, so I consider that a resounding success :) (she did really well driving my boat of a truck)

Has anyone used @JLCPCB assembly service with some components skipped? Does the paste still get applied to those pads, or does JLC remove those openings from the stencil? If not, I can do it myself, just curious 🙂

@samerps This is superb. I always find it so difficult to add those connectors when I use KiCAD to design the PCB. This solves a lot of problems. Looking forward to the release.
