Such a great example for helping people feel included in design conversations - liking how simplified and understandable are the descriptions

@chrissy0118 Same here @chrissy0118 @amtstevens. I find the Double Diamond works very well to communicate to different stakeholders, including engineers - in my experience it helps protect time allocated to design and brings alignment in each step

I used the Double Diamond on 3 different occasions yesterday. Each to a different non-design audience (including director level), to show how we work & how research support the process. So simple and easy to grasp each time. Regardless of criticism, it serves the purpose. Phew!

@TwitterDesign @TwitterDesign I can think about that time some engineers were initially skeptical about the design effort needed for a project. After presenting a ux strategy document to the team, I was proud to hear they could now understand why design Jira tickets were pointed so high 😁
