@oeeeeup It’s hard to understand why the refund %keeps going up and down. It also seems “ineligible” users are not counted at all. Staking XDC and withdrawing it back to the same address should have been simple, but it has become unnecessarily complicated.

If your assets have been frozen since the migration and you’re unable to withdraw, swap, or transfer, it does sound like the compliance lock is still active on your account. Have you checked the waiting list or account status on V3 recently to see if there have been any updates? Kindly follow back and send your address in a message for assistance.

I’m sorry to hear that. If Support has confirmed your account is under a compliance lock, unfortunately there is usually very little they can do until the compliance team completes their review. Just to check, have you looked at the waiting list or status section on V3 to see if there are any updates regarding your account? Also, have you checked your spam/junk folder for any emails from Globiance? Kindly follow back and send your address in a message to help with this.

@darrrendriver I have not received any emails from Globiance, and my account remains locked. Furthermore, Support informed me that they cannot assist due to a "compliance lock," and they have stopped replying to my messages since then.

@globiance How do we process the refund? My Xdc and Globiance have been in the old and new platform for over 2 years now and I'm not able to withdraw. The staking time was expired over a year now. Please help.
