I can 100% verify every word she said is true. I was in foster care. I was sent to lock down (detention) facilities for over 2 years. I had no record. Never committed a crime in my life. Simply they couldn’t find me a placement and they had to put me somewhere cause I was sleeping at the DHS office for 2 weeks. Foster care destroyed everything.
