@dazzlerdekok @joeyyochheim Yes! Thats what i found out, nothing seems to work, only switching to fat burning by eating a lot of fat in carnivore and almost zero carbs, people get angry when i say that; but hey it helped me!

Hard to swallow pill: A calorie deficit works for weight loss 100% of the time. If it didn't work for you, you did it wrong.

@Seashel1919 @joeyyochheim People who want to gain weight but are at a peak can inject insulin to kick start the weight gain without increasing calories. So if you’re trying to lose weight but spiking that insulin you will need more than a normal calorie deficit.

If you have prediabetes you can gain a lot of weight by eating carbs and staying in a calorie deficit, trust me i tried for 3 months 😆 eating 1500 cal, walked 10k steps and 2 workouts a day! I gained weight, but thats because of eating the wrong products, now i eat More cal, animal based almost zero carbs and lost the weight.

So, if some journalist tells you in a news report that someone has become sick or died as a result of Meningitis "infection" you can safely assume that this is total bullshit.
