This chart should alarm every American! A glitch does not alphabetize voters, clone them in groups, and leave matching mathematical signatures across states. Two counties. Two states: Texas, now Utah! Two different election systems. Yet the data shows the same fingerprint: real voters used as “anchors,” fake clone records created, impossible numbers inserted, and structured math patterns that do not look random. Gerald is not your average bull. Your average bull has opinions. Your average bull expresses those opinions through snorting, pawing, a degree of theatrical shoulder work, and the occasional attempt to reposition a five-bar gate using only his forehead and commitment. Your average bull has, at any given moment, at least three active grievances with the general situation. Gerald has none of these. Gerald has been approached, over the last four years, by: the vet, twice a year. A farrier who turned up at the wrong farm. Two documentary researchers, one of whom brought a boom mic. A hot air balloon that passed at low altitude in September 2023. Three separate dog-walkers whose dogs had escaped and were in the field before the owners realised. A drone. A man with a clipboard who was surveying something nobody on the farm has ever established. Meg the lurcher, at the gate, most mornings. Gerald's response to all of these: looked up. Looked at the thing. Went back to grazing. The hot air balloon is probably the most instructive entry. A hot air balloon, at low altitude, passing over a field, is the sort of event that most cattle will, at minimum, register. They will move. They will cluster. They will stare upwards at the large silent object with the appropriate expression of an animal encountering something completely outside its evolutionary preparation. Gerald watched the balloon for about eleven seconds. The balloon moved on. Gerald resumed the south corner. The farmer, who had been standing at the gate with his phone out in case he needed to photograph a collapsing bullock, put the phone away. The thing Gerald appears to have worked out, at some point in his first year, is that most of the things that happen in a field are not threats. Some of them are. Most of them aren't. Sorting the two is a skill. Reacting to everything as though it is a threat is not an indication of vigilance. It is an indication that the sorting is not being done. Gerald does the sorting. Gerald has been doing the sorting for four years. Gerald has, as far as the farmer can determine, been correct every time. The balloon was not a threat. The south corner was, as ever, the point.

Fibre is the most successful marketing campaign in the history of food. It is, definitionally, the part of the plant that your body cannot digest. The indigestible bit. The leftover cellulose that the plant put there to not be eaten, and that you cannot break down because you do not have four stomachs. It has been rebranded as essential. Required. The thing your gut cannot function without. You must have 30g a day or your bowels will forget what they are for. There are populations on Earth who have eaten almost zero fibre for generations and had flawless digestion. Traditional Inuit. Traditional Maasai. The Sami reindeer herders. Every carnivore you have ever met, if you ask them. If fibre were required for human digestion these people would have died out. They did not die out. They thrived, often with better gut health than the modern fibre-maxing office worker who is bloated by Tuesday. The gut does not need the plant's leftovers. The gut needs real food it can actually absorb. The indigestible bit was never the point. The digestible bit was always the point. Eat the thing your body can use.

963 days of Carnivore diet for me. See this bowl here? French scrambled eggs. Mind. Blown. They taste INCREDIBLE compared the last 900 or so scrambled egg sides I have eaten. After a few bites my body was like "Whoa. Hold up! This is WAY too rich to be normal food... stop eating. We are full already! Time out! Is this even legal?". French scrambled eggs cook at 150°F with butter. The butter at low heat emulsifies (traps the water that normally gets cooked out). If you see steam coming off your eggs while cooking, you are doing it wrong. The results take 15-20 minutes depending on how perfect you want them. I have come a long way since the before-fore times of using a can of frankenchemical spray. Recipe: - Crack 6 eggs into a cold pan, not preheated. - Put in 3 tablespoons of cold butter chopped up - Over low, low, low heat keep stirring and scraping for 15 minutes regularly taking the pan off the heat. I used an infrared thermometer to keep the temperature around 150 degrees the whole time. - The recipe I used called for an extra tablespoon of butter at the end. I will try it next time but I was extremely happy with the initial 3

I’m not going to lie, when the @SenateGOP won the majority, I thought we would get a couple wins. Instead we have a Senate GOP that refuses to pass secure election laws.

Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission. Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in Qatar by the CIA. Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy. It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.” Obama and Hillary committed TREASON! THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not. Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo. Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.
