@DeliverooHelp Hello there. There seems to be a problem with the app (not my ipad). Every time I press “Upload a picture” due to the wrong items being delivered, the app crashes and shuts down. This has happened at least 6 times. Yes I’ve tested myself devices & they’re fine.

I am a dedicated rider in Exmouth and I am currently without any income due to this delay. Can a HUMAN agent please look into my case? This is unacceptable. #Deliveroo #RiderSupport

@Deliveroo If my account isn’t unblocked, I’ll be escalating this further. I was served meat I cannot consume for religious reasons, and this was not clearly specified. I’ve just spoken to Mohammed he needs urgent investigation. Extremely poor service and unacceptable experience.

@Deliveroo Hey, are your drivers allowed to take multiple deliveries on other apps at the same time? Our driver has gone in the opposite direction to us several times whilst we're waiting for our food and the only explanation can be that they're making other deliveries, no?
