Welcome to the era of "Schrodinger's Internet." With the advancement of AI we don't know who's sitting inside the internet box. Are they a bot, a human or a cat?

The voting on Kaito begins. You can cast your Vote here: yaps.kaito.ai/connect/151499… Remember: It's organic votes vs Paid Votes. GMerc ❤️

.@AcrossProtocol is too good to be true. people love it, devs love it, i love it. across should be studied for doing everything so precisely, sticking to the market and working silently. their persistence to build made $ACX go boom, i personally ate good by holding it long. NFA, but cheers to the team.

It's tougher for KOLs so might be more multi layered to ensure fairness and minimize bias. Firstly, maybe the set criteria for reviewers could be; a)interaction and participation history with KOL for a period say, 6months > with proof of interaction/participation log
pash@pash161

@AustienMelo next step is KOLs. Need to define conditions one which someone is eligible to rate/review a KOL. You have any ideas?

All the design stuff at @0xmercle the logo, Merci art, videos, product UI, you name it, is made by these two really talented people, @zenithshades_04 and @devhaikya This small team does what big companies usually hire an agency for. P.S. I’m very picky about design and can be hard to work with, but these guys make it so simple and easy.🙈😅

Let me introduce our illustrator at @0xmercle She has been a talent that we cherish here. Welcome @zenithshades_04 First things first - follow her in large numbers. She is the hand behind Merci, the theme, and our slick graphics on social media platforms. Some backstory - she was with me in my school until high school, and she's talented, hardworking, and super smart. You will soon see our Discord lit up with new emojis, reaction gifs, etc. She is an artist I truly respect and admire. Legend. Expect more awesome and cool stuff from here. She recently joined Twitter/X, welcome her. GMerc GMars humans/acc

I hate web3, how can you sell stuff so easily here?
krate@krate27

Mercle can be the next project on Kaito. But we won't pay a single cent for votes. I have personally admired the mechanism @Punk9277 has created for projects to quantify off chain contributions and put them on a framework to drive more distribution. But let's start with what is happening. ‣ As votes have become an important part, people have created secondary effects using this mechanism. Ideally, if you have 150-200K lying around, you can buy votes. Even win in most parts. ‣ Very few protocols ( hyped, good VCs backed) involve legit builders from the space to vote. Good sign, but not necessary. The point is that you should know what is happening. Again, buying votes can be argued as good or bad, but I like this network effect: If you create something useful, people will find ways to build things around it. What are we gonna do? ‣ The voting period stays there for six months, hence, we will take it slow. ‣ Get the community involved, I will personally reach out to people with power and sell them our vision. ‣ We will not pay a penny to buy even a single vote. It always has been organic for us, it will always be. ⚫ Voting starts on Saturday, vote if you can. GMerc Love from Krate ❤️

India would be a much better place without local police authorities. They are the most corrupt government body and act as regulated mobsters. Seeing what's happening with Prasanna and Kunal Kamra deeply hurts me. In a country where the role of police is to provide protection against violence and abuse, they do exactly the opposite. Instead of helping all the do is exploit the innocent for maximum value. The same things happened with me in 2020. I was a young entrepreneur, building my first real estate startup (coworking space company next57.com). I put everything I had ($10,000, this was a huge amount for me at that time as I had saved it over 4 years of graduation) to bootstrap the business. And finally, after 3 years of hard work when the business was taking off, we got into a legal dispute with one of the largest landholders of Punjab (Sushma Group). And despite being legally right with everything, the local police officers harassed me continuously for 1 week until I surrendered to agree to their terms. They would call me to the police station every day and threaten me in every way possible (that I would be put behind bars, my career would be over), all this without any FIR or official complaint. There were days I felt scared living in my own house. I couldn't sleep for nights. They would call me at odd hours to threaten me continuously. At this point I thought to myself, I have built this startup which is actually solving a problem and is paying $20,000 monthly in taxes to the government, and that money is essentially paying the salaries of these mfers. What's the point of building in India? That day I decided I would never build anything in India ever again. I still don't feel good about my decision, because I love my country. But sadly, it's deeply corrupt and rotten from inside
