I booked a @swiggy genie to deliver food to an animal hospital for sick animals. They took my money for delivery& for the products and then conveniently cancelled the order. The delivery agent’s number is switched off. What is one to do? @SwiggyCares

It’s great that brands are using social media, but is everything you do for someone else to see? Such a shallow world we are in today. Really disappointed with the way brands are speaking to their customers.

Brands don’t seem to care at all about issues / complaints raised through their internal channels via email or their customer service channels. Only through social media. Such a bad practice!

@bigbasket_com Hi I have received an sms that my order is cancelled and on asking the team on chat, they said that the delivery agent had reached my location and placed a call. I have not received any call on the registered number and neither was any delivery agent here.
