@nxcare we have been waiting at Heathrow Terminal 5 for the 025 to Preston Park. When a coach finally came at 1800 he let off some people, shut the doors and drove off. When will our coach arrive and how will you compensate me and my family for this appalling service?

@SouthernWater your emergency line is not working. I have been trying to call since before 5 to report a possible burst pipe probably near junction of Edburton road and Preston drove at Fiveways in Brighton. No rain falling, but a torrent in the gutter on the west side of the road
