Execution of Two More Protesters; Ongoing Death Sentences in Iran
In continuation of the worrying trend of executions in Iran, two more prisoners were executed this morning.
According to reports, Mohammadamin Biglari and Shahin Vahedparast, who were arrested during the December and January protests, have been executed.

Death of a young man from Ahvaz in IRGC detention; reports say he was tortured
Human rights organizations reported that Hossein Ghavi, a 28-year-old man from Ahvaz, died in a detention center run by the IRGC intelligence.
According to the reports, he had been tortured during his detention before, and after being arrested at his workplace, he lost his life.
Hossein Ghavi was arrested with accusations such as “filming bombed areas” and “having contact with foreign countries".
More details about the conditions of his detention and the exact cause of his death are still not clear.

بر اساس گزارشهای منتشرشده تا ۱۵ فروردین ۱۴۰۵، دستکم ۶ زندانی سیاسی منتسب به سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران در کمتر از سه هفته و همزمان با شرایط جنگی در ایران اعدام شدهاند.
در تازهترین موارد، ابوالحسن منتظر و وحید بنیعامریان در بامداد ۱۵ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ اعدام شدند. پیش از آن نیز بابک علیپور، پویا قبادی، اکبر دانشورکار و محمد تقویسنگدهی در روزهای اخیر با اتهامات مشابه اعدام شده بودند.

Abolhassan Montazer and Vahid Bani Amerian were executed early Saturday, April 4, accused of having links with the “Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization" (People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran). Human rights groups have many times warned about these kind of cases, saying that many of these sentences are made without access to independent lawyers and based on forced confessions. Before their execution, Mai Sato (@drmaisato), the UN Special Rapporteur, had already expressed concern about their situation and asked for executions to be stopped immediately. She also mentioned that internet shutdowns make it very difficult to monitor what is happening. At the same time, Volker Türk (@volker_turk) and organizations like Amnesty International (@amnesty) have warned about the increase of executions in Iran and called for an immediate stop. According to reports, in less than three weeks and during the war situation, at least 6 political prisoners linked to the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization have been executed, which is raising more serious concerns about what may happen next.

Today, marking the 22nd anniversary of PJAK's founding and the 77th birthday of Abdullah Öcalan, the movement’s guerrilla forces held a meaningful ceremony in the free mountains of Kurdistan, emphasising the continuation of their political and ideological struggle.
This occasion not only recalls the formation of an organised movement but also reflects the ongoing discourse of resistance, self-governance, and democratic demands within the context of regional developments.
During the ceremony, the guerrillas highlighted the role of Öcalan’s ideas in redefining concepts such as power, society, and freedom.
They reaffirmed their commitment to their path of struggle and to pursuing political and social rights, honoring the day as a symbol of resilience in the face of both historical and contemporary challenges.
