FERRARI'S AND HOMELESS: Never imagined I'd be uttering those words in the same sentence. Sight of a #Ferrari going past the downtown homeless encampment was such a juxtaposition, I had to track down the owner. He had some really interesting things to say.

DISASTER IN THE MAKING: Burien's latest out of control homeless encampment is located at the corner of Ambaum Blvd SW & SW 120th St. It's right across the street from Mynor Florian's home day care. He says neighbors are already complaining about open air drug use and a spike in thefts in this area. Florian says city leaders are failing and believes the homeless have more rights than tax paying citizens. Burien Police(@BurienPD) investigators are also looking into a recent sexual assault at the camp. City officials say they cannot remove this blight on the community since there is no illegal camping law on the books except in public parks. This issue along with a potential fix is expected to be brought up during tonight's City Council meeting starting at 7pm. @djaudio1 @DJCEEB_ @directmusic I turned Wi-Fi on and it caused a mad crazy lag on me twice. As in I’d move the record back n forth, and it’ll take a full second for that audio to come out of the speakers. So weird.

@DJCEEB_ I do so many corporates these days, I keep the Wi-Fi on for the Tidal integration or if I need to scoop a tune off Amazon, @directmusic or any of my favorite DJ pools. I never knew Wi-Fi was crashing your laptops.
